The project includes cleaning (as needed), inspection and video documentation of 5860 LF of 15"-18" pipe and 2675 LF of 24"-36" pipe. Bids must be upon the forms provided by the Township and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Inspection and Video Documentation of Stormpipe Bid, Contract 24-05". Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to College Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each representing One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount. The CT Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract is anticipated to occur at Council's regular scheduled meeting to be held on Thurs June 6, 2024 at 7PM.
