Description: 0.77 miles of hot mix asphalt cold milling and resurfacing, drainage structure adjustments, and concrete curb and gutter on Captiva Lane, Elton Circle, Sanibel Lane, and Sandpiper Road in the Captiva Subdivision in Bedford Township, Monroe County, Michigan. The proposal must be accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check, or bid bond made payable to the Board of County Road Commissioners of Monroe County, Michigan in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. To the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Monroe, Michigan for the faithful fulfillment of the terms of the contract in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the contract amount To the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Monroe, Michigan for the payment of all labor and materials used in the work in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the contract amount Maintenance Bond in the amount of twenty-five (25) percent of the final construction cost rounded off to the nearest thousand dollars. All contract work shall be completed on or before October 18, 2024. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids
