This DESIGN-BUILD NAVFAC SW Task Order consists of th ereplacement of the existing Armory vault door, along with replacemnt of the existing weapons issue port window & adding an additional weapons issue port window. Also included is concrete/masonry repair , new wood cabinetry/shelving & countertop. Replacement of existing lighting system, providing a security camera & IDS system for new door & windows. There is a historical requirement to this project. Project durations is a total of 375 days (198 days for Design & 177 days for Construction). This project is Prevailing Wage.
