River Street, Rochester, NY 14612 Project Estimate: $117,000.00 The scope of the work consists of consists of completely removing the existing roofing system and installing a fully adhered EPDM roof system (including substrate board, vapor barrier, flat and tapered rigid insulation, cover board and EPDM membrane as specified) with a 30 year full system warranty, on the small roofs #2 and #3. The Base Bid is replacing roof #2. The Bid Alternate is for replacing roof #3. Minor work for adjusting electrical conduit, cleaning an existing EIFS north wall; and relocating downspouts for both roofs is also included. The work with gas pipe relocation will be done under a separate contract, coordination by GC as required and scheduled. Roof #2 gas pipe relocation is scheduled to be completed before roofing begins. Roof replacement work is scheduled after Labor Day 2024. Do not disturb operations during the summer tourist season.
