To maintain the cleanliness of all KUB facilities and tenants. During the period of the contract or any extension thereof, KUB reserves the right to add or delete specific services and/or locations at the prevailing contract prices. The Janitorial Services Contractor assumes all liability for any damages to personal property as a result of their work being performed. KUB is seeking one or more Contractor(s) to perform janitorial work at all KUB facilities and leased areas, working under the direction of KUB's Properties Department. Examples of work to be performed by Contractor include, but are not limited to the categories listed below: o Floor care - vacuuming, carpet cleaning, mopping, sweeping, etc. o Dusting o Window/door cleaning o Trash removal o Sanitizing o Restroom janitorial duties To maintain the cleanliness of all KUB facilities and tenants, working under the direction of KUB's Properties Department. Make award(s) on or about May 13, 2024 i. Contracts finalized on or about May 29, 2024 j. On-Boarding Meetings with awarded contractor June 1 - August 31, 2024 k. Agreement Commences September 1, 2024 Cut off for questions at 4:00PM April 18, 2024 e. Issue addendum if required by 4:00P.M. April 22, 2024 Agreement will be for a period of three years with two one-year renewals for a maximum of five (5) years KUB reserves the right to approve or reject any proposed or current employee or subcontractor. Contractor shall not utilize more than two (2) subcontractors at one time
