The work includes but is not strictly limited to the following: installation of canopy photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems; installation of emergency generator system and associated foundation, lighting, and electrical distribution equipment; sitework to accommodate the aforementioned systems, including regrading and tree removal; installation of outlets and pathways related to library RFID equipment; installation of new Computer Room Air Conditioning equipment. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification (s) B. If Awarded a Contract in Response to This Solicitation, Offeror Agrees to Comply With Hrs Section 11-355, Which States That Campaign Contributions Are Prohibited From a State and County Government Contractor During the Term of the Contract if the Contractor is Paid With Funds Appropriated by the Legislative Body, at Any Time Between the Execution of the Contract Through the Completion of the Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
