Q&A due: 5/30/2024 by 5:00 p.m. MT to dhatch@ndsd.org The Work is generally described as follows: the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the supply, delivery, fabrication, installation, testing, and other materials and services required for the NDSD Board Room Expansion. Specific features include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of exterior walls, concrete slab, cabinetry. 2. Installation of concrete footing, exterior masonry walls, metal roofing, interior framing, and drywall. 3. Electrical modifications including lighting and fire alarm. 4. HVAC modifications. 5. Installation of cabinetry and finish work. 6. Painting and carpeting. The Work Site is located at the North Davis Sewer District Administration Building in Syracuse, Utah. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days.
