The Stoker Park Grading Project consists of: Approximately 125,725 SF of fine grading Approximately 57,636 SF of laser grading Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
