Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The 1000 West Road Improvement Project consists of: Installation of approximately 3,400 LF of culinary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 3,300 LF of land drain main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 66 secondary meter conversions Installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk Installation of approximately 205,000 SF of asphalt Work for the project will be substantially complete on or before August 9, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before August 16, 2024 No pre-bid conference Contact Person: Brian Bloemen bbloemen@syracuseut.gov Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid.
