Site work and paving for a civil project in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Bluff Drive Improvement Project consists of: Installation of approximately 2,233 LF of culinary and secondary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 1,536 LF of sewer main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 87,794 SF of asphalt No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to rwhiteley@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 11/12/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Robert Whiteley, rwhiteley@syracuseut.gov Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
