Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The 2000 West Storm Drain Project consists of: Installation of approximately 484 LF of 48" RCP storm drain main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 523 LF of curb & gutter Installation of approximately 13,585 SF of 4" thick asphalt No pre-bid conference will be held. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
