Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Davis Junction, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
1. Construction includes the demolition of the existing shed down to the existing cement walls and removal to a recycling facility or approved waste facility. 2. A 20 foot cement addition will be added to the existing structure. 3. 26 gauge steel roofing and siding with Kynar paint finish to be used. 4. Stainless steel fasteners to be used for roofing and siding. 5. Inside walls to be lined with marine plywood above cement walls. 6. Building height to be high enough to dump salt from semi-dump trailers. 7. Contractor to pay prevailing wages. Contractor must provide insurance prior to beginning of construction. Building construction to be completed by October 1, 2024 Scott Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
