Site work for a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: a qualified third-party contractor to assist in streambank restoration efforts on the Lower Bear River. The restoration plan will consist of three phases: (1) assessing baseline conditions of the river, (2) creating an action plan to establish and implement best management practices and (3) implementing pilot or high priority projects. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years. FFSL has $5,000,000 for this project and is seeking proposals that could provide matching funds.
