Olmsted County is soliciting proposals from engineering firms for commissioning services at the County's Annex building (140 4th St. SE Rochester, MN) and the 2118 Building (2118 Campus Drive SE, Rochester, MN). This project will observe the building's present operation and maintenance strategies and practices to find cost effective improvements that can be implemented primarily by the owner's building staff and service contractors. It does not include implementing capital improvements. However, in the course of the assessment, any energy efficient capital improvements that are thought to be effective, will be offered as recommendations to the owner. This retro-commissioning is intended to focus on operations rather than maintenance issues and not just operations that affect energy use. It is the intent to verify all sequences of operation for the selected equipment and the verification of rated equipment efficiencies. Questions Deadline: 5/8/2024 02:00 PM (CT) Owner Rights. Please note that any exchange of information that takes place during a site visit must be formalized in order to be considered valid.
