Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 5/10/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) Bid Contact Information: Derek Mullenbach Contracts Manager derek.mullenbach@olmstedcounty.gov. This Project is to replace five (5) grate zones for Waste Combuster Unit 3 Boiler - EU007 located at Olmsted County Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) in Rochester, Minnesota. Remove and reinstall the county supplied five (5) grate zones approximately 1080 grates. (50 rows) including roof elements, press plates, holders, T-bars, thermocouples, undergrate inspection & repairs according to Von Roll specs. Three (3) men per shift for a maximum of ten (10) consecutive 12-hour day shifts. This price is all inclusive and includes travel, hotel, health and safety costs. Assistance constitutes Olmsted handling all work outside of boiler including but not limited to feeding contractors grates, removing them from conveyor, etc. Contractor will handle all work from boiler door into the boiler.
