Hurricane Ida Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center Roof Re-cover Bids must be submitted on the blank Bid Form fumished with the specifications, per Instructions to Bidders. Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security (bid bond, cash, money order, certified or cashier's check) in an amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the total bid as per Instruction to Bidders. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2163, known as the "Licensing Law for Contractors" will be considered. Any prospective bidder who fails to attend the conference or remains for the duration shall be prohibited from submitting a bid for the project. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for at least forty-five (45) calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
