The City of Bloomfield, NM hereby invites the submission of sealed bids to establish a contract for Construction services to complete the East Blanco Bridge Construction project located in Bloomfield, NM. DESCRIPTION This Work consists of clearing, grubbing, scalping, removing, and disposing of vegetation and debris. This Work includes protecting vegetation designated to remain and removal or control of all State-listed noxious weed species identified in the Contract. Scalping includes the removal of Material such as brush, roots, sod, stumps, and the residue of agricultural crops. This Work consists of performing excavation in soil and rock Material, providing borrow Material, constructing Embankment, hauling, disposing, placing, and compacting Materials.
