As of October 4, 2024, project was awarded to Adamah LLC with an awarded amount of $919,222.01. The City of Farmington Electric Utility Systems (FEUS) is seeking bids for the civil work associated with the expansion and improvement to the Bergin Substation in Farmington New Mexico. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the expansion and improvement of the Bergin Substation. Questions Deadline: 8/16/2024 02:00 PM (MT) Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages in the amount of $1500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted. If awarded a contract, the undersigned Bidder agrees to substantially complete the work for final acceptance within 262 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond (proposal guarantee) equal to 5% of the total amount bid. Work inside the yard is planned to begin on or about January 6, 2025
