Reference Number 0000268760 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/29 03:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The City is seeking to retain a qualified third-party/Consultant to oversee the Contract Administration and Site Inspection for the Solid Waste Facility Upgrades - Contract Administration & Site Inspections project. The Project is currently in its final construction season. The selected Firm/Consultant's team will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services focused on project oversight, contract administration and site inspections in close collaboration/reporting with/to the Engineer of Record for all technical matters and direct reporting to the City and its appointed representatives for all contractual matters. The City invites individual firms or consortiums of firms to submit Proposals for the above- referenced Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal document.
