Scope of work Abandon all domestic water lines in attic space Route new Wirsbo pex water lines below ceiling Open walls as necessary to make new connections New water lines will be insulated with 1/2" fiberglass insulation Insure all wall openings are patched and appropriate wall covering is installed Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Campbell County School District for ten (10) percent of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond pledges that the Bidder will enter into a contract with Campbell County School District on the terms stated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall provide a 100% percent of the contract Performance and Payment Bond or a Letter of Credit or any other security as approved by Campbell County School District as stated in the Instructions to the Bidder.
