Accepting bids for time and material for annual service and testing of District generators and transfer switches. Work to begin JULY 1, 2024 and be completed on or before JUNE 1, 2027 with the invoice handed into Maintenance on JUNE 1, 2027. Gurley Gillette Wyoming 82716 Phone 307-682-2750 Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Campbell County School District for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid, (a certified check may be used in lieu of a Bid Bond) pledging that the Bidder will enter into a contract with Campbell Count School District on the terms stated in his Bid. If the contract price is in excess of $7,500, a Performance Payment Bond is required. The Bond shall be in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by Campbell County School District, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, prior to contract execution. Campbell County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any items, any part or all parts, any section or all sections, any bid or all bids as stated in the specifications; to waive any irregularities or informalities, or to re-bid or re-advertise for bids if it is determined to be necessary or desirable; and reserves the right to let the bid in any manner it sees fit. Campbell County District will not be bound to accepting the low bid, but rather the bid they feel will be in the best interest of the School District.
