Midland County, hereafter called County, invites sealed proposals from interested qualified contractor, hereinafter called Vendors, with expertise in hazard mitigation planning for the development of a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved multijurisdictional hazard mitigation plan (MJHMP), under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). The following pages provide general information about the requirements and specifications for the package. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 at 5:00 PM CT If further information is required, please contact the County Purchasing Department. All requests for information must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 432-688-4914 or e-mailed to pur103@co.midland.tx.us. Questions received after said date and time will not receive a response. Responses must be received by 10:00am CST on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Midland County reserves the right to withdraw this RFP at any time and for any reason. The County also has the right to terminate its selection process at any time and to reject all responses, or all proposals. Receipt of the proposal materials by the County or submission of a proposal to the County confers no rights upon the Vendor nor obligates the County in any manner. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
