To support the driver education training program at our Grande Prairie Campus, Northwestern Polytechnic is expanding the gravel parking lot. Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Salvage gravel from existing gravel parking lot. .2 Strip and remove unsuitable material under proposed gravel parking lot extents .3 Haul unsuitable and or excess material to NWP provided location .4 Prepare new gravel parking lot including grading and subgrade preparation. .5 Provide lot grading for gravel parking lot and drainage swale including gravel, topsoil, seed, and finished grades, as per the drawings. .6 Relocate existing hydrant and complete testing as required. .7 Locate Sanitary Manhole and plug with sandbags and mortar for future use. .8 Relocate existing site furniture
