North & South Shenango Joint Municipal Authority - Trails End Sanitary Sewer Extension As required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, notice is hereby given that North & South Shenango Joint Municipal Authority (NSSJAAA) has received funding from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to complete the Trails End Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. This project proposes approximately 1,600 linear feet of low-pressure force main to extend municipal sewer to the properties of Trails End, Espyville, North Shenango Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania 16424. The alternative to the proposed force main is a gravity sewer line with a municipal pump station. This project will not raise user rates. User rates are currently $114.13 per quarter per EDU and $60.00 per year for undeveloped lots. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
