The project involves the N2 Network Repair Project - Contract 1, which consists of excavating and repairing sanitary sewer pipelines on East Canal Dr, North Shore Dr, Carolyn Pl, Ryan Dr, and Sylvan Ave. in Summit Township, Crawford County, PA. The work includes excavation and replacement of 8-inch transite sanitary sewer pipeline segments, leaving the old pipe in the ground, installing new 8-inch PVC pipe, applying new bedding material, reconnecting lateral connections, and restoring the street. Question Deadline 05/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's, treasurer's check, or bid bond amounting to at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The minimum salaries and wages specified in the contract documents must be paid. All bids must use the form provided by the Authority and must be submitted via PennBid. Bids may be withdrawn or modified prior to the deadline. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. Questions should be submitted electronically through PennBid, and any changes or addenda will be posted on PennBid. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject any part of any bid, and waive any informalities.
