The Project includes the following Work (all quantities approximate): a. 309 square yards of residential road HMA pavement with concrete base removal, 80 square yards of full depth concrete road removal, 95 square yards of sidewalk and approach removal, 1.5 acres of clearing, 10 catch basins to be removed, 102 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe to be removed, and 6 bulkheads installed; b. 265 square yards of residential HMA pavement replacement with concrete base, 75 square yards of full depth concrete road replacement, 96 square yards of sidewalk and approach replacement, and 286 lineal feet of concrete curb installation; c. Six bioretention basins ranging in depth from 4 to 7 feet, for a total of 4,840 cubic yards of soil removal, 558 cubic yards of bioretention soil installed, 19,706 square feet of bioretention plantings, and 1.04 acres of lawn restoration; d. 181 lineal feet of road trench drain construction, 7 manholes, 7 end sections with rip-rap and bar screens, 6 overflow structures, 137 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC storm sewer, 352 lineal feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer, 4,184 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC underdrain, 11 underdrain cleanouts, 5 underdrain wye connections, 5 manholes to be built on existing rear yard combined sewer, and 1 tap onto an existing rear yard combined sewer.
