Reference Number 0000268702 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/30 02:00:00 PM EDT The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of two (2) roof-top units, RTU-4 and RTU-5, of the first phase only with new hybrid heat pump/gas units at the St. Clair College South Campus, Ford Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing (FCEM) Building located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4. Bid Bond shall be in the sum of 10% of the Bid Price. Agreement to Bond stating that the surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond of 50% of Contract Price, Excluding HST and a Labour and Material Payment Bond of 50% of the Contract Price, Excluding HST. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
