Renovation of an educational facility in Coalmont, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
GCHS Football Replacement Bleachers Bids should include: 1) Labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and installation costs for the construction of a 1,000 seat capacity permanent aluminum and or steel, ADA compliant grandstand structure to replace the existing concrete bleacher system. 2) The football bleacher system should include a large press box. 3) Bleachers and press box specs are provided and bids should replicate the design provided in this announcement. 4) Costs for soil testing as needed. 5) Costs for a site survey and underground utility locations as needed 6) Costs for the identifi cation of unknown obstruction as needed 7) Costs for site preparation & fi nish work under grandstand 8) Costs for building permits as needed 9) Costs for the removal of the existing concrete grandstand as an addendum Please submit two (2) copies of your bid, with your company's name, address, and contact information in two (2) separate envelopes, with "Sealed Bid 2024/2025 GCHS Football Bleachers" written on both envelopes. Bids that do not meet these requirements will not be opened.
