The project involves the construction of a new fire station facility, including site preparation, building systems installation, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. It is designed to enhance emergency response capabilities and public safety infrastructure for the Town of Coalmont. The Project consists of construction of a new 2,600 +/- SF pre-engineered metal building, sitework, concrete, mechanical, plumbing, end electrical components as described and shown on the drawings and specified in the specifications.
