Questions due by: 4:00 p.m., April 29, 2024 All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid should be submitted via email to: Chuck Watson, Project Manager cwatson@ashevillenc.gov Mowing of grass islands/plots spread throughout the City. Areas are listed in the bid documents. Some of the areas have beds to be maintained. Maintenance of beds will include weed/invasive plant control and trimming of overgrown plants and shrubs. Mowing shall occur every two weeks from March 1 st to October 31st.This service shall run from March 1st to October 31st. There is approximately 215,000 feet of area to be mowed on this contract. The contract is one fiscal year, but be can be renewed for two additional funding cycles if the City and contractor agree. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
