**As of May 8, 2025, project was awarded to Integrated site work, awarded amount is $1,878,080.85. The principal items of construction include: The Contractor will be responsible for all sitework elements as shown on drawings titled Dalton-Whitfield Joint Development Authority Residential Infill as produced by Prime Engineering dated 12-4-2024. Aspects of this contract are inclusive of but not limited to erosion control, grading, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water distribution, curb & gutter, asphalt & and sidewalk. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the bid to be considered. Respective bidders must have the ability to produce payment and performance bonds for work being proposed. One Contract shall be awarded covering all work, and the contract duration shall be 24 weeks from notice to proceed. Bidders must agree to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $300 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. Due consideration will be given to delivery of materials in specifying starting date.
