The City of Lake Forest ("City") is seeking a responsive and responsible bidder for the following three (3) street improvement projects: Rancho Parkway and Lake Forest Drive Street Improvement Project; Jeronimo Road and Lake Forest Drive Street Improvement Project; and Los Alisos Boulevard and Rockfield Boulevard Street Improvement Project. These street improvement projects are part of the Lake Forest Transportation Mitigation Program ("LFTM") and will improve traffic conditions due to the impacts of specific development within the City of Lake Forest. Question Deadline 05/06/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Discrepancies in, and/or omissions from the Plans, Specifications or other Contract Documents or questions as to their meaning shall be immediately brought to the attention of City by submission of a written request for an interpretation or correction to City. Such submission, if any, must be sent via the City's eProcurement Portal. The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated the contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in "COMPONENT PARTS OF THE CONTRACT" section below for the following Project: Rancho/Lake Forest (Project 2), Jeronimo/Lake Forest (Project 4), and Los Alisos/Rockfield (Project 7) Street Improvements Projects, 24T05; 24T06; 24T07 The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to City for any damages arising as a result of the Contractor's failure to comply with this obligation.
