Contractor to repair/replace all 2' and 4' T's to match existing T-Bar grid without modifying the original main runners or seismic support system. Contractor to replace all ceiling tile with new. Please provide USG fissured Basic #562 white ceiling tile or equal. Contractor is responsible for all clean up and haul off of trash. Scope of work includes patch back of ceilings in areas 2, 3 and 5 on the attached sheets. Anticipated Award Date May 6, 2024.
