Site work for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The Town of Henrietta requires bids for a masonry Spray Park building to house changing rooms, restrooms, storage, utilities, and the splash pad manifold and controller, at Veterans Memorial Park, to conform with specifications on file in the Town Clerk's Office. The Town of Henrietta reserves the right to reject any and all bids. BUYER may not be able to respond in sufficient time for questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of responses SCOPE OF WORK This project involves the design-build and construction of a masonry building that will house the utilities for the spray park as well as four individual restrooms/changing rooms and a covered patio. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and the spray park controls will all be contracted separately. The primary scope of work is the design and construction of the masonry portion of the building, but add-alternates are included for construction of the post and beams to support the roof over the patio, the roof trusses, and a metal roof. Additional information is included in the remainder of this packet.
