The City of Idaho Falls (City) is seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested persons or firms (hereinafter referred to as "Respondent" or "Consultant") to submit a statement of qualifications (hereinafter referred to as "Statement") for providing environmental services under Federal Aviation Administration guidelines at the Idaho Falls Regional Airport. This Request for Qualifications does not commit the City to enter into an agreement or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the state of qualifications or in subsequent negotiations. Negotiated contracts with any successful proposer shall be for no more than a five (5) year period, as measured from the point of contract execution Question Deadline: May 3, 2024 at 2:00pm MST. All questions shall be directed by e-mail to Ian Turner, Airport Director, at iturner@idahofalls.gov. No questions will be accepted by telephone. No project specific questions will be accepted. The issuance of this RFQ does not constitute an assurance by the City that any contract will actually be entered into by the City, and expressly reserves the right to: Waive any immaterial defect or informality in any response or response procedure Reject any and all statement of qualifications Reissue this, or a similar, Request for Qualifications Invite additional respondents to the request Request additional information and data from any or all respondents Extend the date for submission of responses Supplement, amend, or otherwise modify the RFQ, and cancel this request with or without the substitution of another RFQ Disqualify any respondent who fails to provide information or data requested herein or who provides inaccurate or misleading information or data Disqualify any respondent on the basis of any real or apparent conflict of interest By responding to this solicitation, each respondent agrees that any finding by the City of any fact in dispute as to this solicitation or the responses thereto shall be final and conclusive, except as provided herein. Five (5) complete copies of the Statement of Qualifications must be received. The City will not accept copies sent by FAX. Submissions shall be made in a sealed envelope or package with the project name, and the Consultant's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope or package. Submissions must be in the actual physical possession of the City on or prior to the noted time and date, and at the location. Late submissions will not be considered. Format The maximum length of the submittal shall be 20 pages. The introductory letter, organization chart, and resumes shall count in the page total. Front and back cover pages are acceptable, and do not count in the page total. Cover pages shall only identify the consultant, sub-consultants, and project. Except as otherwise noted, pages shall be 8 1/2 x 11 inches and single sided. Type style shall not be smaller than 12 point font. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
