A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include 2,400 s.f. single story building of type V-B construction. 60' x 40' wood framed, slab on grade, pitched roof wood trusses with asphalt shingles. Spaces to include training spaces, offices, restrooms, mechanical room and storage. Associated site improvements. Doc Notes: One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. Bond Notes: A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
