Site work and paving for a road / highway in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project consists of shoulder widening on Ammon Rd. for the addition of a middle turn lane from Lincoln Rd. to Telford Rd. This includes pit run, road base, asphalt material and a stormwater system on the corner of Ammon Rd. and Telford Rd. Additional project elements include residential approach, pavement markings, protecting existing signs and mailboxes, and traffic control Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Bonneville County in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidder shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder as evidenced by a certificate of insurance The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner
