As of June 6, 2024, project was awarded to CriLon Corp, awarded amount is $72,973.47. The Project includes scour repair for Long Lane Bridge over Donegal Creek. Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted to electronically. East Donegal Township Board of Supervisors, Lancaster County, 190 Rock Point Road, Marietta, PA 17547, will accept bids. Hand delivered, mailed, and faxed bids will not be accepted. Bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total base bid payable to "East Donegal Township" shall accompany each bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages should the bidder default in execution of the contract within 10 days after notice of award of same. The non-collusion affidavit must be executed and submitted with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. The project cost is greater than $25,000 and shall be bid utilizing PA Prevailing Wage Rates. A completed Public Works Employment Verification Form shall be submitted with the bid package. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in, or reject any and all bids. No pre-bid conference will be held. Estimated Contract Value: $35,000 - $45,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
