Renovation of a military facility in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Construction project at Ft. Buchanan commissary, Puerto Rico (PR) for Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Decor Upgrade. Existing equipment will be replaced without disrupting operations at the commissary. The scope of this includes the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS), compressor racks, condensing units, unit coolers in the walk-in freezers and coolers, and all associated refrigerant piping. Replace outdated HVAC systems and equipment, including air handlers, chillers, condensers, dehumidifiers, and controls. The project will also update the interior decor. The government proposes brand name or equivalent dual-path cooling and dehumidification units from Seasons 4 models. Additionally, the government proposes refrigeration air-cooled condenser units' models. This procurement is using Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. SBA Small Business Set-Aside - Total The Estimated Magnitude of this Construction Project (in accordance with FAR 36.204) is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Questions should be emailed to above point of contact, no later than Thursday, 16 May 2024, 1300 Central Daylight Time (CDT). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
