Pre Bid Conference(N/A) The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking a Contractor to perform hazardous waste removal from the State property in a safe and professional manner. In the opinion of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, this IFB is complete and without need of explanation. However, for those firms voluntarily utilizing DVBE subcontractors, there will be an incentive applied to the level of DVBE participation identified in the bid response not to exceed five percent (5%). For more information, see section, 3. M Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Incentive. 1. The contract term will be from September 1, 2024, through August 30, 2026. . Extensions of Terms: The resulting Agreement may be amended to extend the term by one (1) year if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. Upon signing the amendment, the bidder hereby agrees to provide services for the extended period at the rates specified in the original Agreement.
