Renovation of a library in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Bid Request for the project. A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. All bids shall be sent to the Controller's Office by courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx etc.). Hand delivered bids will also be accepted. Bid Envelopes/Packages are to be sealed and plainly marked with the Name of the Submitter, the Project Name and Bid ID and contain the completed Bid Form and the 10% Bid Bond, along with any other pertinent information. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved by Lackawanna County.
