Scranton also has 31 recreation areas classified as parks, and over 15 defined neighborhoods that city residents associate with. Several of these communities have undergone changes over the last 20 years, including shifts in population, age structure, community mindset and diversity. The city completed a comprehensive needs assessment for all city-owned parks. This included site inventory & analysis and development of site recommendations. Capouse Park 1300 Capouse Ave, Scranton Pa, has been selected for this project. All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via Q&A through the online, before the deadline of 4:30 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2024 and according to these specifications herein.
