The city completed a comprehensive needs assessment for all city-owned parks. This included site inventory & analysis and development of site recommendations. Capouse Park 1300 Capouse Ave, Scranton Pa, has been selected for this project. All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via Q&A through the online, before the deadline of 4:30 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2024 and according to these specifications herein.
