As of October 10, 2024, the project was awarded to Dunmore Roofing but the awarded amount is not available. Prison Roof Replacement Project The Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners have placed bid materials on file. A bid bond, certified check, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted with each bid, payable to the Lackawanna County Treasurer, as a guarantee of the bidder's willingness to execute the contract if awarded the same. The project site is located at 1371 N. Washington Avenue in Scranton, PA. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved by Lackawanna County.
