Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work of this project includes minor demolition, excavation, interior and exterior concrete work, masonry work, roofing replacement, steel work including steel stairs, gyp bd partitions, doors and painting. Civil work includes traffic control, airport security, excavation, embankment, duct bank construction, and pavement replacement. Mechanical work includes fan coil units, condensing units, exhaust fans, VAV boxes, computer room cooling units, makeup air units, unit heaters, ductwork, pipe insulation, hydronic valves, plumbing valves, gas pipe work, domestic cold water pipe work, fire sprinkler system work, and associated controls automation. Electrical work includes installation of new distribution equipment and demolition of existing distribution equipment and associated connections. Work also includes the demolition of connections serving mechanical equipment being demolished, and installation of connections serving new or replaced mechanical and fire protection equipment. Work also includes integrated automation control, lightning protection system, power, lighting, fire alarm, associated cabling and conduits. Telecommunication work includes demolition of existing telephone termination board, supply and installation of new cabling and conduits to re-feed existing horizontal cable drops, and demolition of existing affected cabling and conduits. The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 6%.
