Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a retail development; for paving for a retail development; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope: o Provide an Engineered Design and Landscaping Plan for a new wall of approximately 1,520 square feet, including a survey if necessary. o Ensure the prevention of debris from falling into the road. o Install drainage behind the new wall location and tie into existing catch basin on the corner of Wal-Mart entrance and Mount Auburn Avenue. o Install new retaining wall. o Re-construct sidewalk via pavement removal, regrade gravels, and pave 2" 9.5mm HMA without disturbing granite curb. o Loam and seed disturbed areas. o Clean up work/laydown area, inspect for damage, repair damage to parking lot.
