The Undersigned agrees that the bid security shall be subject to forfeiture if this bid is accepted by the State and he/she does not submit executed copies of the Agreement WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF A WRITTEN REQUEST TO PROVIDE SUCH AGREEMENT.
