Arlington County is seeking a contractor to conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS)/National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Inspections within Arlington County. The Contractor shall conduct inspections utilizing the most recent standards released by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and utilized by Public Housing Authorities for the inspection of AHCVP and PSH units and ensure all inspectors working under this scope meet these certifications. QUESTION DEADLINE : May 10, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. All communications relating to this solicitation must be submitted online using Vendor Registry. For a question to be considered, the question must be entered in the Question Section of the RFP No.24-DHSRFP-508. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution.
