Summary: This is Arlington School Boards, operating as Arlington Public Schools , Invitation to for the Drew Elementary School Kitchen Renovation, located at 3500 South 23rd Street, Arlington, VA 22205, All questions regarding this solicitation, other than those submitted at the Conference, must be submitted in writing via email, addressed to Brandon Christian, Procurement Office, Senior Procurement Specialist, at brandon.christian@apsva.us. Questions must be received by 8:00 P.M. local time, May 12, 2024. Project Description and Background: The project includes site and building works to expand the existing kitchen at Drew Elementary School. There is a fair amount of sitework to be done to relocate existing site utilities. A new CMU addition to the existing kitchen is to be built prior to interior renovations to the existing kitchen to provide the school with a new update to date and expanded kitchen for the school use. The target is for the awarded contractor to complete the site work and the building addition prior to doing work on the interior. June 24, 2024 Anticipated NTP for Project Site Mobilization and Construction August 11, 2025: Substantial Completion October 11, 2025: Final Completion
