As of August 6, 2024, bid results have yet to be announced. The Contractor shall provide on-call emergency and non-emergency underground utility repair and replacement services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and adjacent properties where DCA has underground utilities. The utilities include but are not limited to water, sewer, industrial waste, storm lines, steam, and fire system piping. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide Underground Utility Repairs and Replacement at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Work includes on-call and emergency services for making repairs of underground utilities. The varieties of pipe materials included but are not limited to Ductile iron, Cast iron, steel, and reinforced concrete. The contractor shall own or have existing leases on all equipment required to make underground utility repairs and have experienced employees in their employ for making emergency repairs to various types and sizes of utility lines. The contractor shall have at least ten (10) years' commercial experience in the business of installing, repairing, and maintaining all underground utilities. In addition to the SOW, offerors should review the Airports Authority's Design Manual which includes standards and specifications.
