Reference Number 0000268811 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/03 12:00:00 PM CDT Mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways (PTH) and Provincial Roads (PR) in the Birtle, Shoal Lake and Minnedosa areas. Within three (3) Working Days of notification, the successful Contractor shall submit a Performance Deposit in the amount of NOT LESS THAN FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT BID to the Department's Office in Brandon. Failure to do so will invalidate the bid. The Deposit shall be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order made payable to the Minister of Finance. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than OCTOBER 25, 2024 Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMMENCEMENT OF OPERATIONS PHASE 1 The Contractor shall not commence earlier then June 10, 2024 and be completed by June 30, 2024. PHASE 2 The Contractor shall not commence earlier then August 21, 2024 and be completed by October 24, 2004 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
